Chef Jerad Dody

Jerad is a classically trained chef who has worked under such chefs as Sigi Krauss of the Briarhurst Manor fame and Chef James Davis at the Blue Star. He has also worked as a Sous Chef at the El Paso Club and Emily’s Ocean Grill in Woodland Park, CO. He has a passion for fine cuisine and an understanding of the classics but loves to create his own special dishes. It is his pleasure to be able to serve the fine clientele of the moZaic.
